Function Packages

The Motel offers a choice of two rooms for conferences – Conference Room and Restaurant. The Clubhouse offers two function rooms accommodating 75 people in each. All rooms offer private facilities and are non-smoking rooms.

Our staff are more than happy to show you around our facilities and discuss individually tailored packages for any size or type of group.
 

Clubhouse Function Rooms


FUNCTION ROOM NO. 1 - from $190
This is our new function room, seating up to 75, this room offers flexibility with your required floor plan.

FUNCTION ROOM NO. 2 - from $190
This is our new function room, seating up to 75, this room offers flexibility with your required floor plan.

FUNCTION ROOMS 1 and 2 - from $350
These two rooms combined will be perfect for those larger corporate events.

MEETING ROOM - from $120
This room is ideal for small seminars and meetings, featuring a 12 seat Boardroom table and all other conference facilities.

 
Motel Conference Room


From $120

This is our most intimate room, seating 20-U shape or seating 25- classroom style. Other styles are available depending on your requirements. This Room is located next to the BBQ facilities, offering opportunity for poolside meals.



Motel Restaurant


From $180

This room has excellent light with a view of our picturesque Golf Course, seating up to 30 U-shape, 45-classroom style or 50 as a restaurant. Other styles are available depending on your requirements.

*CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS must be received and signed for on the ‘Confirmation’ sheet we issue (along with any requested deposit) within fourteen days of the initial booking being made. If this is not the case, the Management of the Club reserves the right to cancel the booking automatically and without further correspondence, allocate the space to another client
